Business ASI is a high-technology company which is specialised in projecting, performing and following press sets (dies, draw plates) for aluminium profile extrusion. The company was founded in 2004. Our plant is in Sumi which is located at North-East region of Ukraine.

Production site consists of enclosed area with two-storeyed administrative building, workshop, and separated accommodation for thermic steel handling.

Our production is equipped with machines that allow us to produce 60-100 press tool sets a month. Dies are performed using W302 steel supplied upon long-standing contract base with Bohler (Austria). Currently, we export %65-80 of our products.

Apart from the preprocessing machines we have a group of programmed numerical control (PNC) machines which were assembled in 2005-2007 and Japan, Switzerland, Italy, and Germany origined.

Projecting technology, program developing for PNC machines, and tool performing are based on a modern program support.

We have already created a strategic programme for 2008-2011 which will enlarge our productivity till 500 pcs a month.

Average age of our employees is 34. Our constructors have been trained by leading press tool designers from Italy, Turkey, Russia, and Canada. The operators have higher education and their work experience reaches up to 10 years.
