Our company is able to produce on time a high-quality gear with a diameter till 320 mm. It can be a standard one or a sophisticated one which would require a distinct degree of complexity and might have a special constructive solution and non-standard approach to perform. In some special cases and with a preliminary agreement we can produce a gear till 600 mm.

We produce a gear for profile pressing with a high quality and exactness.

 

SPECIFICATION OF TOOL COMPLEXITY

  • Category А – standard profiles (sortament)
  • Category B – profiles with a medium level of complexity and standard profiles with a wall thickness less than 1.5 mm
  • Category С – sophisticated profiles, profiles a medium level of complexity and with a wall thickness less than 1.5 mm
  • Distinct category – profiles which require a special constructive solution.
